Shipping & Delivery

Made to Order

Most Voltage Swag products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printify and its print providers). This helps us reduce waste and keep fresh designs coming.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days.
  • Production time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product and provider.

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Shipping times depend on your location and the print provider.
  • Estimated delivery time = processing/production time + shipping time.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, destination, and carrier.

You’ll see the available shipping options and prices before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (when available).
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Multiple Shipments

Because items may be produced at different facilities, parts of your order might ship separately. You will receive tracking info for each shipment when applicable.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control (such as holidays, customs, or strikes), but we’ll always do our best to help you track your order and resolve issues.
