By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products & Availability
- Most of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and their print providers).
- We try to display colors and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will match the actual product exactly.
- We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change designs at any time.
Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order (for example, if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud).
- Prices are shown in [currency – e.g., USD] and are subject to change without notice.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on production, carrier, and destination.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Our returns and refund rules are explained in detail on our Returns & Refunds page, which is part of these Terms.
In general:
- We typically offer replacements or refunds for misprints, damaged items, or wrong items caused by our production or shipping partners, if you contact us within the stated time frame and provide photos.
- We generally do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse unless otherwise stated in our policy.

Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as:
- Printify and their print providers for production and fulfillment
- Stripe for payments
- Shipping carriers, email providers, hosting and analytics services
These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. By using our Site, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with these providers as necessary to process and fulfill your order.
Accounts & Security
If you create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to close accounts or refuse service at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site— including text, graphics, logos, designs, photos, and product images— is owned by or licensed to Voltage Swag and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
User Content (Reviews, Comments, etc.)
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”):
- You represent that you own or have permission to submit that content.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business (for example, on the Site, social media, or marketing materials).
- We may remove or edit any User Content at our discretion.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
