All Voltage Swag products are made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not keep inventory or resell returned products. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
- We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production begins
- If you need to update an address or item, contact us immediately at support@voltageswag.com with your order number
- Requests received after production starts may not be possible
No Returns for Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Please carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and order details before purchasing.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Fit or style preference
- Changing your mind after purchase
All products are printed on demand and cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact Voltage Swag within 10 days of delivery
- Email support@voltageswag.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the full product and the problem
We will review your claim and, if it qualifies, arrange a free replacement or refund.
All claims are reviewed according to our production partner’s quality guidelines.
Customers always communicate directly with Voltage Swag — we handle everything behind the scenes.
Lost Packages & Address Issues
If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or confirms that a package was lost in transit, please contact Voltage Swag at support@voltageswag.com with your order number.
We will review the issue and work with our production and shipping partners to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to eligibility.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost. Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Return Address
Most items ship directly from our production partners.
- Do not send items back without contacting us first
- Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded
- We will provide instructions if a return is required
Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- In some cases, store credit may be offered
- Refunds are processed after claim approval
- Please allow standard banking time for funds to appear
Refunds are not issued before a claim is reviewed and approved.
Production & Shipping Support
We use automated tracking and issue-reporting tools to keep customers informed about shipping status and delivery updates. While production partners may assist with fulfillment and reprints, Voltage Swag reviews and approves all refund or replacement decisions. Customers should always contact Voltage Swag directly for support.
